This Privacy Policy explains how ShadowPing LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with Brew Empire ☕ Coffee Shop Tycoon (the “Game”), an experience available on the Roblox platform, and this website, brewempire.app (the “Site”).

Brew Empire is designed to be safe for players of all ages. We built it to collect as little information as possible — and we never sell personal information.

1. The Game (on Roblox)

The Game runs entirely on the Roblox platform. We do not ask for, collect, or store your name, email address, physical address, phone number, or any other personal contact information through the Game.

• Gameplay data. To save your progress, we store gameplay information (such as your in-game level, currency, unlocked items, and statistics) using Roblox’s data services. This data is associated only with your numeric Roblox user ID, which is assigned by Roblox — not by us.
• Roblox accounts and payments. Your Roblox account, profile, chat, and any purchases made with Robux are created, processed, and controlled by Roblox Corporation under the Roblox Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. We never receive your payment details.
• Aggregate analytics. We may review aggregated, non-identifying statistics provided by Roblox’s developer tools (for example, how many players complete the tutorial) to improve the Game.

2. The Site (brewempire.app)

The Site is an informational website. It has no user accounts and no forms, and it does not ask for personal information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically process standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) in server logs to deliver the Site securely. The Site uses Google Analytics, which collects standard usage information (pages visited, approximate region, device type) to help us understand how the Site is used. 3. Children’s Privacy

The Game is approved for all ages on Roblox, and we take children’s privacy seriously. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children — through the Game or the Site. All platform-level features involving personal data (accounts, chat, purchases, parental controls) are operated by Roblox, which maintains its own children’s privacy protections and parental controls. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at the address below and we will delete it.

4. Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party services, including Roblox, Discord, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. Our community Discord server is intended for users who meet Discord’s own minimum age requirements.

5. Data Retention & Your Choices

Gameplay save data is retained so your progress is there when you return. If you would like the save data associated with your Roblox user ID deleted, contact us with your Roblox username and we will remove it. Requests relating to your Roblox account itself (including deletion of the account or platform data) must be made to Roblox directly.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
