Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Brew Empire ☕ Coffee Shop Tycoon (the “Game”), an experience published by ShadowPing LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) on the Roblox platform, and of the brewempire.app website (the “Site”). By playing the Game or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Roblox Platform

The Game is played through Roblox, and your use of Roblox — including your account, chat, safety settings, and purchases — is governed by the Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards. These Terms apply in addition to, not in place of, Roblox’s terms. If Roblox’s terms conflict with these Terms regarding the platform itself, Roblox’s terms control.

2. License to Play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for your own entertainment. You may not exploit bugs for unfair advantage, use cheats, scripts, or automation tools, disrupt other players’ experience, or attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Game or its assets.

3. Virtual Items & Purchases

• All purchases in the Game are made through Roblox using Robux and are processed entirely by Roblox Corporation. We never receive or store your payment information.
• In-game currency, items, boosts, passes, and cosmetics (“Virtual Items”) are licensed to you for use within the Game only. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and may not be sold or traded outside the Game.
• Refunds for Robux purchases are handled by Roblox under Roblox’s refund policies.
• We may adjust game balance, features, and Virtual Items over time as part of operating a live game. We work hard to make changes respectfully of players’ time and purchases.

4. Promo Codes & Events

Promotional codes, rewards, events, and limited-time content are provided free as part of the Game, may be modified or ended at any time, and have no cash value.

5. Community Conduct

Brew Empire is a cozy, all-ages game. Be kind. Harassment, hate, scamming, or any conduct that violates Roblox’s Community Standards may result in removal of access to the Game. Our community Discord server is subject to Discord’s own terms and minimum age requirements, plus the server’s posted rules.

6. Intellectual Property

The Game, the Site, and all related content — including the Brew Empire name and logo, the Empire series, artwork, code, music, and text — are owned by ShadowPing LLC and protected by law. You may share screenshots and videos of the Game (we encourage it!), including in monetized videos and streams, provided you don’t imply official endorsement or use our assets to mislead others.

7. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep the Game online and updated, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Game or Site (or any part of them) at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued play after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page with a new effective date.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Game and Site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShadowPing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game or Site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that applicable law grants you that cannot be limited by contract.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
